Born in Waterbury, Connecticut May 18, 1969.  Moved to Alhambra, California March 3rd, 1978. Graduated Alhambra High School 1987. Joined the United States Coast Guard January 7, 1989. Aboard the USCGC Morgenthau Chasing tiwaneese Fishing vessle for catching Chum Salmon illegally 1990. Joined Army National Guard November 19, 1996. Attended Phoenix University May, 2006.
